  • About | P.R.I.M.E.

Bridging Opportunity and Access Through a Structured Supplier Diversity Ecosystem P.R.I.M.E. (Peaking Revenue Inside Minority Enterprises) was established to address a critical gap between opportunity availability and equitable access within the business ecosystem. We recognize that many Minority-Owned Businesses possess the capability to compete for and deliver on major contracts, yet often lack the visibility, strategic positioning, and access to decision-makers required to consistently secure those opportunities. Concurrently, corporations and institutions are actively seeking to diversify their supplier base but frequently lack structured, efficient pathways to identify, evaluate, and engage qualified diverse suppliers. P.R.I.M.E. exists to bridge this divide. Through a structured framework of Coaching, Collaborating, and Connecting, we build a comprehensive ecosystem that strengthens supplier readiness, enhances organizational supplier diversity strategies, and facilitates intentional, results-driven relationships between businesses and opportunity providers. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my vision behind P.R.I.M.E. , a movement rooted in connection, collaboration, education, and opportunity for Minority Enterprises and the organizations seeking to engage them intentionally. My passion for the work I do in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space, especially in supplier diversity , comes from my genuine love for seeing Minority-Owned Businesses succeed. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching a business owner gain access to opportunities they once believed were out of reach. I have had the privilege of witnessing businesses grow through education, strategic relationships, visibility, mentorship, and intentional connection. Those success stories are what continue to fuel my passion and purpose. My perspective deepened even further after participating in a Minority Business Accelerator program , first as a participant and later as a Business Coach. Through those experiences, I saw firsthand how transformative access, preparation, and guidance can be for Minority-Owned Enterprises. I also learned how to intentionally leverage my own position as a Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned Enterprise, and it inspired me to create pathways that could help other businesses do the same. That vision became the foundation for P.R.I.M.E., Peaking Revenue Inside Minority Enterprises. My aim for P.R.I.M.E. is to serve as a bridge between organizations seeking diverse suppliers and Minority-Owned Businesses that are ready to grow, scale, and compete. I want to create an ecosystem where businesses are not only connected to opportunities, but also equipped with the tools, coaching, education, strategy, and relationships needed to sustain success. Through our focus on Coaching, Collaborating, and Connecting, I envision P.R.I.M.E. becoming a space where businesses gain visibility, organizations build meaningful supplier diversity relationships, and leaders come together to create impact that extends far beyond business transactions. I also believe that entrepreneurship can be both rewarding and overwhelming. Because of that, P.R.I.M.E. is intentionally designed to support not only business development, but also the wellness, clarity, and growth of the individuals leading those businesses. While my aim for P.R.I.M.E. is described here, I invite you to explore my full bio to learn more about my professional experience, leadership journey, and contributions throughout the community. • Connecting | P.R.I.M.E.

Where Connections Become Contracts P.R.I.M.E. creates intentional spaces where relationships lead to revenue. Designed for More Than Just Networking We don’t believe in random networking. Too often, traditional events rely on chance, hoping the right people happen to cross paths at the right time. At P.R.I.M.E., every interaction is intentional. We create structured, purpose-driven environments where connections are aligned with real opportunities, ensuring your time leads to meaningful conversations and measurable outcomes. Access without alignment can waste time. That’s why we focus on connecting the right businesses to the right opportunities. We help Minority-Owned Businesses engage with opportunities they are positioned to win, while supporting organizations in identifying businesses that meet their needs. This approach leads to stronger partnerships, increased efficiency, and better outcomes for everyone involved. Opportunity Matching Our networking events are thoughtfully designed to bring together the right mix of businesses, industries, and decision-makers. These are not open-ended mixers, they are strategic environments where attendees are aligned by goals, growth stage, and opportunity potential. The result is more relevant conversations, stronger connections, and a higher likelihood of doing business together. Our CEO retreats offer a unique space for leaders to step away from daily operations and focus on what matters most, strategy, growth, and well-being. Through curated cohorts, guided discussions, and built-in moments for reflection and restoration, participants gain clarity, strengthen their vision, and build meaningful relationships with peers who understand their journey. Curated Networking Experiences P.R.I.M.E. Time Retreats We go beyond surface-level connections by facilitating introductions with purpose. Before connecting individuals or organizations, we consider alignment, readiness, and potential for collaboration. This allows us to create warm introductions that provide context from the start, so each conversation begins with clarity, credibility, and direction. Intentional Introductions Where Connection Meets Opportunity At P.R.I.M.E., connection is not left to chance, it is designed with intention.
